Send us the job
Your suburb, what's damaged or what you need made, and rough sizes if you have them. A photo by text makes the quote quicker.
We quote
You get a price in writing. For made-to-measure work we confirm the measurements at your place before anything is ordered.
We make and fit
Your screens or glass are made to size and we come back to fit them. You pay us once the job is done, unless your quote says otherwise.

Other jobs: a local business does the work
They quote you, do the work and invoice you directly. Your agreement is with them. We may receive a referral or marketing fee from the business. You don't pay us anything for an introduction.
We'll always tell you which of the two applies before you agree to anything. We don't cover plumbing, electrical or gas work.

Who actually does the work?
For flyscreens, screen doors and glass, Clearly Local does. For other home jobs we introduce you to an independent local business, and we tell you that before you agree to anything.
Does a quote cost anything?
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. A quote from photos is an estimate until we've confirmed the measurements at your place.
Which areas do you cover?
Perth's southern suburbs, including Treeby, Harrisdale, Piara Waters, Canning Vale, Willetton, Leeming, Thornlie, Southern River, Jandakot, Atwell, Success, Bibra Lake, South Lake, Aubin Grove and Hammond Park. If you're further out, ask. We'll say so if we can't get to you.
How fast will I hear back?
We aim to reply the same day or the next business day. Made-to-measure screens and glass take time to be made, so we'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote. We're not an emergency service.
Can I cancel a made-to-measure order?
Until we order your screens or glass, yes. Once they've been ordered or cut to your sizes we can't cancel for a change of mind, because they can't be used anywhere else. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
What if something isn't right after the job?
For work we did, tell us and we'll sort it out. Our work and the products we supply come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. For work done by a business we introduced, raise it with them first and let us know as well.
Are you insured?
Yes. Clearly Local holds public liability insurance. Ask us and we'll send you the certificate of currency.
For introductions, how many businesses will contact me?
One at a time. If it doesn't work out, we check with you before sharing your contact details with another business.
Run a local service business in Perth?
We're putting together a small group of local businesses for the jobs we don't do ourselves: small home jobs and door repairs, exterior care, and reticulation. (Glass, flyscreen and screen door work we do in-house.) You tell us which jobs and suburbs you're after. We send you requests that match, one business at a time, with the details already collected.
